Its beginning to feel a lot like Christmas

Yay School's out! We had an after Finals Celebration! AWe had a yummy Chilli's Dinner and Dessert!

We then went to Thanksgiving Point to see the lights.

It was so much fun, and a much needed post final celebration. We both been super busy with work and getting ready for Christmas. We woke up to this today. A Winter Wonderland! It took us 30 min to get out of our apartment complex counting digging ourselves out and getting stuck twice! I miss California :(

Rockin Around the Christmas Tree

We finally set up our Christmas Tree!

Tada!

We then made a gingerbread Train! We decided on a train this year instead of a house because we destroyed our gingerbread house last year.

So we decided on a train and it turned out so cute!

Pioneer Trek

This past Wednesday we began a very long trek to Michigan and back.We left from the Salt Lake Airport Wednesday Afternoon...

After a quick layover in Chicago we then headed to our destination Detroit Michigan.

It was so nice to visit family and to have Thanksgiving with them. I forgot to take a picture of us all at the table, but here is some of our food.

Keith's Grandparents live next to this little pond, it was so pretty with a little snow.

We were sad we couldn't stay longer but Friday morning we were off on our journey home. This is us at Lake Michigan at the beginning of our 27hour drive. It was so cold and windy!

We crossed through Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Wyoming and finally Utah.

We even passed through a tiny town called Adair.

By Accident we ended up in Winter Quarters, and saw the pioneer monument and the Temple.

This is us pulling a handcart in the museum

And Sunday we finally made it home to Utah!

We are so glad to be home and are working hard to finish up the semester.

Family

Keith just got me the new Taylor Swift CD and let me tell you, she may be my favorite ever, or at least this week. This song is my favorite and remides me so much of my parents House. When I was little...

Never Grow up

Your little hands wrapped around my finger
And it's so quiet in the world tonight

Your little eyelids flutter cause you're dreaming
So I tuck you in and turn on your favorite nightlight

To you, everything's funny
You got nothing to regret

I'd give all I have honey
If you could stay like that

Oh darling don't you ever grow up, don't you ever grow up
Just stay this little

Oh darling don't you ever grow up, don't you ever grow up
Just try to never grow up
Never grow up

You're in the car on the way to the movies
And you're mortified your mama's dropping you off
At 14, there's just so much you can't do
And you can't wait to move out
Someday and call your own shots

But don't make her drop you off around the block
Remember she's getting older too

And don't lose the way that you dance around in your PJs getting ready for schoolTake pictures in your mind of your childhood room

Memorize what is sounded like what your dad gets home

Remember the footsteps, remember the words said
And all your little brother's favorite songs

I just realized everything I had is someday gonna be gone

Miss You Family!

Aspiring Artists

For FHE one night we found this canvas and decided to make a work of art for our room. So much fun.

the beginning...

Ta Da! A Masterpiece! The one canvas also came with another one so we are going to make a matching piece for my side of the room.

BYU had its Law Fair this week. We spent a hour or so walking around and talking with people and picking up a textbook in law school pamphlets. Here they are all lined up on the floor.

We finished the week off with slurppes for a treat!

Happy 2 months!

Today marks the 2 month anniversary from when me and Keith got married! Yay! We've been super busy lately. First of all, I got a job, FINALLY! I am now employed at Bath and Body Works. It will be a fun job. This is what we have been up to lately.

I made some yummy Homemade pizza the other day. Thank you Mama for the recipe. It was my first time attempting it, but it turned out delicious.

We found a fun Halloween Store

Ethy this one is for you.

I secretly wanted this mask. I could be like a chicken or something.

And Dinner for tonight. I had never made Spaghetti squash before. But it turned out super yummy, and believe it or not we ate the whole thing.
