Little Addie Ruth

Addie is getting so big! I can't believe that in a little more than 2 months she will be 3!

I love this bright eyed, talkative girl. She keeps us on our toes with the questions she asks and the funny things she says. 

We went to the Fish Hatchery yesterday and she had so much fun feeding the fish.

Addie has been asking for Mommy time, so we had Mommy/Addie makeovers yesturday.

Addie did my makeup, Don't I look gorgeous! She kept saying "You new more blue eye-shadow mama!"

She may be a handful but I love this sweet girl and it breaks my heart that she won't stop growing up! I want her to always beg me to play puzzles, play tea party, and not be embarrassed when her mommy kisses her in public. I hope she stays a free spirit and is never afraid to dance in her underwear, or make friends WHEREVER we go, and that she always thinks she's pretty. I want her to always asks me to snuggle her, and say, "I want to hold you Mama." I just want her to stay little and innocent forever!

Life Lately....

I finally got around to updating this thing. The girls have grown so much! Lydia is starting to scoot and laugh out loud. And Addie is bubbly as ever and certainly keep us busy. We are loving the warmer weather and being outside as much as we can.  Here's what we've been up too....

Celebrating Pie (3-14) Day

The story behind these flowers is really precious. Addie loves making collections while we are on walks, just rocks, sticks, leaves etc. But I have a rule that all "collections" get left at the door when we come in. She just got in trouble the other day for bringing in piles of grass, because they were "so beautiful Mama!" So when she ran in with these dandelions I was about to get mad when she said, "I picked them for you, cause I love you!" I couldn't even get mad...I love this girl.

Attempt at kite flying...not to self $1 Store kites are really not worth it.

We've been busy but having fun. We have a busy next couple of weeks too, but I can't wait (and neither can Addie) for Easter and all the festivities with these two cute girls.

Lots of Love

Valentines Pictures came a bit late this year, because we have been so busy!

But they turned out precious!

Addie is so funny with pictures now, because she likes to pose herself and the ideas she comes up with are so funny. I love the pictures though because it totally shows her personality!

And then there's my squishy Lydia girl.

 Who has totally become  a thumbsucker. She will still take a passy but prefers her fingers or thumbs the most. I'm sure I'll hate it by the time shes one, but its precious right now.
