There's nothing like Pioneer day in Utah. We just don't celebrate it the same way in California. On Saturday Provo had a celebration or as they called it an "extravaganza", at the Sons of the Utah Pioneers monument in Provo. Though we are both not part of the organizations we are a daughter and a son of Utah Pioneers, so it was cool to see the monument and the cute old village they have there.
We had a fun Afternoon walking around the booths. Pretending we were Indians...

and seeing cool old cars.

I got some cute necklaces for pratically nothing and Keith found this. Its a bike made out of small wires. Kinda cool.

It was a fun afternoon. I am so grateful for my pioneer ancestors and all they did for us.
