Again I really love Fall and we have been taking advantage of all the Fall activities that we have to do.
Last weekend we went to Apple Hill. Addie thought it was so fun to go to the different apple farms to pick apples and to get apple treats.
She LOVED the apple cider there, so much in fact that she continued to hold this cup to her mouth hoping that more juice would somehow appear.
We ended up coming home with a whole gallon of it because she loved it so much.
Apple Cotton Candy..surprisingly delicious,..and she was so excited about it
She had so much fun picking out fresh apples, eating apple donuts and walking through the craft stands that she was out before we left the parking lot to go home.
We did one of our favorite fall traditions of painting a pumpkin. She loves it and probably spent 45 minutes painting the ENTIRE pumpkin.
Addie has had a bit of a rough week and for some reason has been very very sassy and fussy this week. So we thought maybe she needed some Mom and Dad time. The weather has been a little nicer to so we decided on the Folsom zoo.
She loved seeing the animals and insisted that Daddy hold her so they couldn't eat her.
She finally warmed up when we got to the bears, and really started to have fun,
Addie has recently fallen in love with Peacocks, or how she calls them "Azul"
She has even gone as far as deciding that she was to be a peacock for Halloween, which is not an easy costume to come up with, but so so like Addie!
We then wen back to the pumpkin patch to pick out a big pumpkin to carve later. On the way home we asked Addie what we were going to find when we cut the pumpkin open, she said, "um probably candy and treats." Pretty good guess if you ask me.
We love this time of year and as Halloween gets closer I'm really starting to feel the pressure to get things done for this baby!
Less than 10 weeks away and we are so excited!
