Princess theme Room

As soon as I found out I was having another girl I couldn't wait to put together a sister room!

I wanted to do a Princess theme room with the colors Gold, pale pink and purple.

It turned out cuter than I pictured, I just LOVE IT!

I spent most of my pregnancy shopping garage sales, Hobby Lobby, and goodwill stores for cute antique looking frames for this wall collage. It was my main focus of the room and it turned out so cute! 

This quote is from Disney, and when Addie heard it on a commercial she said, "I a Princess too Mom!" So I just had to include it in their room. I hope they always remember that they truly are Princesses.

Lydia's sweet baby foot was the perfect size for this frame

This frame hung in me and my sister's room when we were little. My mom had it painted to look like each of us. I really wanted to include it in the collage, but I'm still in search of a cuter frame for it. I may even end up with a red head and a blondie the way things are looking.

I found this mirror at a goodwill store and we hung it low so Addie can look at herself. She seriously uses it everyday for dress up and I often find her sitting in front of it making kissy faces at herself...that's my Addie girl! haha

I LOVE how these letters and pom poms above their beds turned out. I got the letters off of etsy before we had 100% decided on Lydia as her name.  Ok, I had decided but I was still talking Keith into it haha. I sprayed them with gold glitter paint and put them on the wall while he was out of town. After he saw them he was sold and I just love how they look!

(also notice the pouting toddler on the bed...I wouldn't let her stand on her dresser, mean Mommy.

I'm still adding some finishing touches to the room and I hope to get new curtains soon, but I love how its turned out so far. Having two girls is so fun!
