Grandpa Adair and Granny Lori came this weekend for a visit. The girls are super lucky to have two sets of really awesome Grandparents. Addie has been looking forward to this visit for literally weeks. She asked every morning if today was the day, and would ask again if they were really taking her to the zoo. She was SO excited! We all had a blast! Friday, Grandpa had to work so we all went to the zoo with Granny Lori. Addie loved the giraffes the best!
She even had to ride one on the carousel!
And the praying mantis, because lets be real, when will you ever get to ride a praying mantis again!
She was pretty excited about the tiger too!
Saturday we went to the Train museum in Sacramento. Addie had a blast running around the trains with Granny Lori.
And playing trains...
The we went swimming at the Grandparents hotel.
Could they look cuter in their swim suits? I mean really!
Lydia only swam for a few minutes but she liked it while she was there.
Addie LOVED it. She kept diving off the steps without help. Hopefully we can get this girl into some swim lessons this summer because she's going to give me a heart attack with her zero fear around water!
I really wish I wouldn't have cut off Lori's head on this one because its really cute. (Product of trying to make a baby smile and being the photographer!)
It was such a fun weekend with the Grandparents. We really wish they lived closer so we could see them more because we REALLY miss them in between visits. Addie asked all evening after they left when she could go sleep at Granny Lori's house. Hopefully Soon!
Until then we will miss their happy faces!
